New Star Wars live-action series Ahsoka officially underway

The Star Wars saga gets a further addition.

Ahsoka, a character we have seen in both The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett, is officially getting her own live-action show.

Work on the series is now officially underway with Rosario Dawson taking centre stage, the actress who gave Star Wars fans around the world the first ever live-action Ahsoka. She was a character first seen on the animated series Clone Wars, a show that being a fan of will be greatly rewarded when Ahsoka airs, according to director Bryce Dallas Howard

As Ahsoka was the Padawan of Anakin Skywalker, the show is also set to see the return of Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader, who we'll see first in Disney Plus's Obi-Wan Kenobi

Obi-Wan Kenobi airs on 27th May 2022 streaming on Disney+!
