How to watch the 2026 NFL International Games

The NFL is going properly global in 2026.

A record nine regular-season games are being played outside the United States, taking the league across four continents and seven different countries.

London gets three games of its own, while Melbourne, Rio de Janeiro and Paris are all hosting regular-season NFL action for the first time.

For UK fans, there are also plenty of ways to watch without jumping on a plane. Here’s the full International Games schedule and where you can catch the fun.

History of the NFL International Games

The NFL International Series began in 2007, when the New York Giants faced the Miami Dolphins at Wembley Stadium in the first regular-season NFL game played outside North America.

London quickly became the main home of the series, with games later expanding beyond Wembley to Twickenham and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The NFL has since pushed further across the globe, staging regular-season games in Mexico, Germany and Spain, before adding new destinations such as Brazil, Australia and France. What started as a single London fixture has now become a major part of the NFL calendar and a key part of the league’s plans to grow the sport internationally.

NFL London Games

London remains at the heart of the NFL's international plans, with three games taking place in the capital across three consecutive Sundays.

Indianapolis Colts vs Washington Commanders

Sunday 4th October | Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

The first London game of 2026 saw the Washington Commanders face the Indianapolis Colts at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

It kicked off the NFL's three-week stay in London and marked another international outing for both franchises, following European appearances during the 2025 season.

Philadelphia Eagles vs Jacksonville Jaguars

Sunday 11th October | Tottenham Hotspur Stadium | 2:30pm

The Jacksonville Jaguars begin their traditional London stint against the Philadelphia Eagles at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Jacksonville are effectively London's adopted NFL team by this point, having regularly played games in the capital since 2013. However, they'll face a sizable test against an Eagles side that arrives in the UK as one of the league's biggest names.

Houston Texans vs Jacksonville Jaguars

Sunday 18th October | Wembley Stadium | 2:30pm

A week later, the Jaguars head across London to more familiar surroundings at Wembley Stadium, where they'll take on the Houston Texans.

It gives Jacksonville back-to-back London games for the third time and continues the franchise's long-running association with Wembley.

NFL Europe Games

Pittsburgh Steelers vs New Orleans Saints - Paris

Sunday 25th October | Stade de France | 1:30pm UK time

Next stop: Paris.

The NFL heads to France for its first-ever regular-season game in the country, with the Pittsburgh Steelers facing the New Orleans Saints at the Stade de France.

It's another major step in the league's European expansion, with one of world sport's most recognisable stadiums getting its first taste of regular-season NFL action.

Cincinnati Bengals vs Atlanta Falcons - Madrid

Sunday 8th November | Bernabéu Stadium | 2:30pm UK time

The NFL returns to Madrid for a second consecutive season, this time with the Cincinnati Bengals facing the Atlanta Falcons at Real Madrid's Bernabéu Stadium.

It should bring plenty of star power too, with Cincinnati's Joe Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase among the headline names set to take centre stage in Spain.

New England Patriots vs Detroit Lions - Munich

Sunday 15th November | FC Bayern Munich Arena | 2:30pm UK time

Germany has become another regular destination on the NFL calendar, and Munich takes its turn again in Week 10.

The New England Patriots face the Detroit Lions at FC Bayern Munich's home stadium, continuing the league's rapidly growing presence in Germany.

NFL in Melbourne, Rio and Mexico City

Europe isn't the only destination on the NFL's 2026 world tour.

The International Series began in Melbourne, with the San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams playing the first NFL regular-season game in Australia.

That was followed by Baltimore Ravens vs Dallas Cowboys at Rio de Janeiro's iconic Maracanã Stadium - another first for the league.

The final International Game of the season comes from Mexico City on Sunday 22nd November, where the Minnesota Vikings face the San Francisco 49ers at Estadio Banorte.

The late Sunday kick-off means UK viewers will need to stay up until 1:20am on Monday 23 November.
